I am a painter working in oils and mixed media. After a few years of living abroad I have recently returned to live in Pitlochry where I grew up. I am presently working on a series of landscapes of the area.
Although obsessed with many elements of painting I find light - and the way it changes everything -particularly absorbing. I enjoy painting outside when the weather allows!
I studied at Leith and Cyprus Schools of Art and Edinburgh College of Art. I have exhibited regularly since graduating. My most recent solo show was in March 2011 at the Bolsa Comercio, San Rafael, Mendoza, Argentina. This summer I took part in Fortingall Art and Perthshire Open Studios.
